• Personal identification: Full name, date of birth, contact telephone number, residential address in Accra.
• Clinical health data: Medical history, vital signs records, current prescriptions, allergies, lab diagnostic results, ECG/ultrasound scan reports.
• Emergency contact & caregiver information for elderly or dependent patients.

2. How We Use Health Information

Your health data is used exclusively by certified physicians and licensed nurses for:

• Delivering personalized medical diagnosis, disease management, and prescription fulfillment.
• Monitoring chronic disease progress (Diabetes, Hypertension, Renal care).
• Coordinating laboratory diagnostic sample handling and reporting.
• Emergency hospital transfer coordination with private facilities if acute inpatient care is necessary.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We never sell, rent, or commercialize patient information. Medical records are kept strictly confidential between you and the attending medical personnel. Information is only shared with third-party medical specialists or hospitals upon your explicit consent, or when mandated by law in critical life-threatening situations.

Every patient under the care of Mobile Doctors Ghana Limited has the right to:

• Request and review copies of their diagnostic lab and consultation reports.
• Receive full explanations of diagnosed conditions and proposed treatment plans.
• Confidential consultations within their private residence or office space.
